Opt-In Consent

If you provide your phone number on our website or through other means, we require explicit consent for SMS communications.

• Website Opt-In: When you provide your phone number on our website, you will be presented with a separate SMS opt-in checkbox. The opt-in language is as follows: “I agree to receive text messages from AB Psych Consulting. To opt-out, you can reply ‘STOP’ to any text message or click the unsubscribe link in any email you receive. Message and data rates may apply.”
  This checkbox will not be pre-checked. You must actively check the box to give your consent to receive SMS communications.
• Other Forms of Communication: If you provide your phone number outside of our website (e.g., through phone or email), we will ask for explicit SMS consent separately. You will receive clear information about the types of messages you may receive, and your consent will be documented.
• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message you receive from us. This will end messages from that specific phone number, but you may still receive service-related messages from other numbers managed by AB Psych Consulting. You may opt out of those messages similarly.
